TOPIC: Locally development/Debug

Has anyone setup their Joomla site to be debugged locally (on your own workstation) ? I have everything installed so far, but haven't hooked it into Eclipse yet. When I try and run on localhost, I get a bunch of errors that are RSFirewall related. Here are the first few lines of the output:

Strict Standards: Non-static method RSFirewallHelper::readConfig() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /opt/lampp/htdocs/joom/plugins/system/rsfirewall/rsfirewall.php on line 36

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /opt/lampp/htdocs/joom/administrator/components/com_rsfirewall/helpers/rsfirewall.php on line 25

Strict Standards: Non-static method RSFirewallHelper::checkBlacklist() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /opt/lampp/htdocs/joom/plugins/system/rsfirewall/rsfirewall.php on line 48

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
