One of the admins removed the firewall via ftp. It is not listed in the comments section any more. The errors I get when pulling up the website show:
/administrator/components/com_rsfirewall/helpers/rsfirewall.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/s/t/a/userinfo/html/plugins/system/rsfirewall.php on line 12

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required administrator/components/com_rsfirewall/helpers/rsfirewall.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/s/t/a/stafford1988/html/plugins/system/rsfirewall.php on line 12

I'm looking through trying to find the rest of the script to restore the website, can anyone help and give advice on how to help remove the script to get the website going again.

Thanks

Open the download RSTIckets! zip file.
Copy all files in folder admin to /administrator/components/com_rsfirewall/
Copy all files in folder site to /components/com_rsfirewall/
Copy all files in mod_rsfirewall to /administrator/modules/mod_rsfirewall/
Copy all files in plg_rsfirewall to /plugins/system/rsfirewall

After that just install the extension again through the administrator
