hi after i installed RS firewall am now unable to isntall any plugin or module event thought the firewall is disabled for uploading & installing..

what is the problem??
The administrator has disabled public write access.

i tried disabling the rs firewall but it doesnt work!!

The only option what would have this effect is the System Lockdown.

Nope..

i had to modify the config .pho to not allow ftp
