HELP CANT ACCESS BACKEND AFTER SECOND PASS HELP!!! 12 years 10 months ago #17839

I set the second admin password feature, right after it asked me to log in using it, I did, then it sent me to homepage of the site. Now everytime I go to /administrator it only asks me for the second password and after redirects me back to the homepage of the website. wtf?! I need this fixed now!
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

I don't like your tone in the last sentence.
To help you, there are ways to disable the functions in the database.
You can do two things, send a ticket to tech support or send me a private message with all the information about your database connection.
So I can open your database from my end.

I tried disabling it via myphpadmin but there is no rsfirewall stuff in their at all for some reason. Im using joomla 1.5. Also tried deleteing all the rsfirewall stuff in my FTP and that did nothing so I put them back...I apologize about the tone, I did not mean it. I just need this fixed asap. Why is the RSFirewall stuff not in my phpmyadmin? Is their another way to disable it? To blear clear this is the additional admin password not master password.
