Hello,

I'v tried moving my Configuraton.php file outside public_html directory as my RSfirewall asked me to do.
I edited the 2 defines files and added:

define( 'JPATH_CONFIGURATION', JPATH_ROOT.DS.'..'.DS.'XYZ' );
Where XYZ is uplevel directory

But my joomla returned a blank page!

This was working fine with Joomla 1.5.
I'v recently moved to Joomla 2.5, so I though it might require something extra?

Thanks.

Hello,

The link supplies you the information you need.
The process is different in the different Joomla! versions.
Read it carefully if you don't know what you are doing, don't try it.

Thank you so much Wilco.
I was using the 1.5 way, that's why it did not work for me.
I'll try it, and I do hope it works.

Thanks!
