TOPIC: A core Joomla! file has been modified

Hi,
I've just installed RSFirewall.
Immediatly, in system logs panel, appears the following message: "Alert level: critical - A core Joomla! file has been modified. Debug information: index.php" (and index2.php in another line).
What does it mean? I've verified index and index2 but i've not seen any change.
