We recently uppgraded our server to php 5.3, and noticed that RSFirewall still complains that there is no open_basedir defined in php.ini.

open_basedir is depricated in php 5.3, and removed in php 5.4, and produces a php error notice. This check should be removed from the systemcheck for php 5.3+.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
