Hi,

We've been having several attacks from specific countries. Our approach has been to do the following:
Create
  • auto IP ban rules
  • Blacklist most countries, excepts the ones we actually have relevant traffic from ( we have changed it to just block the countries from where we were getting attacks.


But how does this country blocking can affect the site's SEO results.

Don't block by whole country IP. This would mean that you will loose potential genuine visitors. Just block by the entire ISP's subnet and you're good to go.

How do you block by ISP subnet? Can you give example.
