TOPIC: "TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object" error

"TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object" error 12 years 6 months ago #19258

When trying to perform the Security Check, we receive this message on completion:

There was an error while running the System Check. Please contact RSJoomla! Customer Support at www.rsjoomla.com. Debug information is presented below:
TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object (evaluating 'response[2].split')

What does this mean and how can we fix it?

Thanks
