I purchased RSFirewall 13 hours ago but dont receive yet any download link or zip file of the product.
How long I have to wait?

I've looked at the transactions and you've typed in your email zuhrimahru@, while on this one you have zuhrimahrus@ so I'm not sure which one is correct.

Are you sure? if i submitted wrong email address, PayPal wont confirm the purchase.
I have submitted two ticket supports, one with email screenshot of authorized payment from PayPal.

edit:
maybe i submitted the wrong email address at the first time (for the billing address) but submit the right email address in paypal payment gateway then the avangate asked me to authorize the payment.
