TOPIC: core files changed

I keep getting a list of hundreds of Joomla core 1.5 files that supposedly have been changed. I uploaded them clean, and the system check continues to warn me.

There are just too many to "accept changes" manually. Is there a way to have rsfirewall stop telling me about these files?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
