TOPIC: Whitelisted my IP but code still scrambled

Whitelisted my IP but code still scrambled 12 years 1 month ago #22018

Hi,

I am trying to put an adsense code in a module and it still is scrambled after whitelisting my IP.

Is there a way to put an exception on a module?

I have tried both with custom html and with a specific module for adsense and can't make it work.

Thanks

Hello,

The modules can be added as an exception via the "Exceptions" tab. More information on this can be found here:

www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/v.../779-exceptions.html

Steps you need to take(this will add exception for all the modules):

- go to Components > RSFirewall! > Exceptions tab
- new exception
- set Exception Type to "Component"
- in the "Match" field add "com_modules" (without quotations)
- save

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.

I did that and it didn't work but I found out what the issue was.

I also had installed previously Admin tools and when I uninstalled it the problem went away.
