Hi there. I wondered if there was anyone out there who could run through top 10 tips on things to set up on a new installation of RSFirewall for the non technical person! I suppose I'm asking for 'things I wish I'd known'.... tips.
I've just had my new hosting company install RSFirewall on my 1.5.23 Joomla site which has been hacked several times with other hosts in the past 3 years. We are planning to replace the Joomla site in a few months, but meantime, we need to keep a safe web presence and this programme seemed to fit the bill. I've run an initial scan and the grade is currently 66. Just a little worried about inadvertently blocking google, or locking myself out.  I have read the documentation and seen the video, btw... |
