Hello, I have 2 problems installing RS Firewall, are:

1. - When entering the additional password manager, shows me the following message: 403: Access Forbidden - Local file inclusion attempted.
Changed the file name and I can rsfirewall.bak rsfirewall.php to enter the Admin, however, to check the blacklist does not appear any records. By renaming the file rsfireall.php rsfirewall.bak to get out of the system and then re-enter the same problem experiment.

2. - I have installed the WHMCS system in the same directory as Joomla! (Public_html), attempting to enter the WHMCS, it shows me the following error message:

Error 403: Access Forbidden - Local file inclusion attempted. Happens as follows:

1. - I write the URL in my browser dle manager Joomla!: midominio.com/administrator/
2. - The system asks me additional password (RSFirewall).
3. - Entering the correct password.
4. - Displays the message: 403: Access Forbidden - Local file inclusion attempted.
5. - Positioned the mouse cursor in the browser address bar and pressed ENTER.
6. - Shown login Joomla!
7. - Join my username and password correctly and pressed the button to enter the system.
8. - Join to Joomla!
9. - RSFirewall shown in the system log the following:

My questions:
1. - Why showing the error: 403: Forbidden Access - Local file inclusion attempted.
2. - Is it right to let me enter Joomla, after pressing the enter key from the navigation bar?

Regarding WHMCS system problem:
I can go in and use the system without problems after removing the php.ini file that generates RSFirewall, I think the problem comes open_basedir parameter, can you help me on this?

Hello,

1) Your password most likely contains "../" which is triggering a LFI protection.
2) In order to adjust your php.ini please contact your hosting provider. The php.ini is not read/maintained by RSFirewall!, but by your server.
