I came onto my admin site this morning and found this

critical 2013-04-22 07:17:21 65.55.55.229 pulp-paperworld.com/press-releases/fp/it...nd-sealing-tape.html A protected file has been modified.

Debug information
/home/content/98/8665798/html/administrator/index.php

But I have checked the file and no modifications in there!! what should I do
