This was working when I first installed RSFirewall, but after the latest update (rev 49) it no longer works. I still have it set to auto blacklist after 5 failed attempts but I'm getting a lot more than that in the logs.

Are you referring to logging in the backend? If this is the case, have you, by any chance, enabled CAPTCHA for the backend login? Please note that the automatic blacklisting feature will be disabled for log-in attempts when CAPTCHA is enabled, these options are mutually exclusive.

Yes, I had CAPTCHA enabled as well. OK - that must be the problem. I didn't realise they were mutually exclusive. Thanks.
