I tried to manually uninstall the component and now I get this error:

RSF_WARNING_HELPER_MISSING

Once I login I get a welcome page with this

RSFirewall! Cpanel Module

Warning: require_once(/home/terryb/public_html/administrator/components/com_rsfirewall/helpers/rsfirewall.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/terryb/public_html/administrator/modules/mod_rsfirewall/mod_rsfirewall.php on line 16

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/public_html/administrator/components/com_rsfirewall/helpers/rsfirewall.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /public_html/administrator/modules/mod_rsfirewall/mod_rsfirewall.php on line 16

What can I do to get past this or finish removing it?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
