Hi,

I hired a contractor to work on my site and he installed this extension and now I am told that Akeeba Backup can no longer take backups.

Is there a way to allow Akeeba Backup to take backups?

Or is there a backup method recommended that is compatible with RSFirewall?

Hello,

I don't know what the problem is but Akeeba works perfectly with all RSJoomla! extensions including RSFirewall.
I use this combination for all my customers.
