Hi,

I am using the RSfirewall in the joomla site. But It disable the Joomdle Web Services. And red cross is showing. any one can help to solve this problem. And showin g the "Joomla URL seems to be misconfigured in Joomdle auth plugin in Moodle ". Please advise me without disable the RSfirewall component and plugin.

Hello Vikash,

To disable the blocking of "Joomdle Web Services", you can set a Component Exception in RSFirewall!, from the Components > RSFirewall! > Exceptions area.

Remember to set the Exception type to "Component" and the match to the name of the component, in this case:

com_joomdle

Hello Cristian,

Thanks for your reply but I can not see the Exception area. I am using the joomla 2.5.4 and RSfirewall version is 1.4.0.

Can you please suggest.

Hello Vikash,

If you can't find the Exceptions area, please make sure you have the latest version of RSFirewall!, which you can download from the rsjoomla.com > Downloads > RSFirewall! > download component. Afterwards simply run the downloaded file over your current version (which will act as an update).
