I hope someone can help.
I was changing a banner on my site, but had forgotten that I had used RS Firewall to kill access to the Joomla extension loader. So after a couple of failed attempts to make the banner changes I received a 403 access forbidden message.

I have access to my SQL database, can I get back in that way?
