I have Xmap component

the google webmaster tools upload sitemap page say
Error general de HTTP: 403(Prohibido)
Error HTTP: 403

I configure a exception

Exception Type: component
Use RegEx: no / yes
Match: com_xmap
Skip PHP protections: yes
Skip SQL protections: yes
Skip JS protections: NO
Skip Upload protections: yes
Reason: webmaster tools
Published: Yes

and

Exception Type: url
Use RegEx: no / yes
Match: com_xmap // index.php?option=com_xmap&sitemap=1&view=xml // sitemap=1&view=xml // &view=xml
