TOPIC: 403 errors

Hello,

I have two issues to resolve:
  1. When trying to save/exit article with Youtube embed code I get the error:Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.
  2. RSFirewall blocks the extension manager
I use RSFirewall V.52 with Joomla 2.5.16

The 403 forbidden error you're receiving comes straight from your hosting provider. You can easily disable the RSFirewall System Plugin and see if it shows the same message. If it does, it's not caused by RSFirewall!.
The installer can be activated by going to Firewall Configuration > Active Scanner and setting Disable access to the Joomla! installer to "No". By default it's already set to "No".
