TOPIC: Email / PHP Mailer hack?

One of my sites is getting a ton of RSFirewall warnings emailed to me with the subject line:
Mail Delivery Subsystem
<MAILER-DAEMON @ atl4mhho01.myregisteredsite.com>

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
(It has my email here)

The URL listed (209.17.115.106) is not ours.

It appears that someone is using the domain's mail system maybe.
Is there a setting in the firewall config that I can "tighten up" to prevent this?
