TOPIC: IP Blocked for domain

An ip address of my client previously got blacklisted due to too many failed login attempts. I have since added to the whitelist, but they are still getting the following error:
Your connection to this server has been blocked by the firewall.

You will need to contact the owner of the website to have them unblock you.



Any ideas? Thanks.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Those errors are not generated by RSFirewall!, you can try contacting your hosting provider and let him know about this issue.
