TOPIC: Template slideshow blocked

I am using Joomla 2.5 with a professional template that displays a slideshow across the top of the home page. Since installing RSFirewall, the slideshow is no longer appearing. Any ideas on how I can unblock this?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

In order to determine if the component is causing this issue, you will have to disable it. To do this head over to Extensions > Plugin manager and disable the "System - RSFirewall! Active Scanner" plugin. If the template's slideshow is displayed accordingly with RSFirewall! disabled, please Submit a ticket here.
