TOPIC: I blocked the entire world, including me

I was dum today and made the mistake to select all countries in the firewall setting
So now the entire world can't access my site including me
:( How can i acces my site admin now ? I have FTP connection but i don't know what to rename or change to bypass this.
HELP !
