Server & Joomla Info:

cPanel Version 11.24.5-RELEASE
cPanel Build 38506
Apache version 2.2.13 (Unix)
PHP version 5.2.9
MySQL version 5.0.81-community-log
Architecture x86_64
Operating system Linux

This is my business site and need to get going. Anyhow again I tried to move configuration.php file and had errors. So I replace old files back and now it says no configuration file found. The file is indeed there so not sure why it does not see it.

If anyone has had this problem please lend a hand.
