TOPIC: Google Search Console does not accept sitemap

Google Search Console does not accept sitemap 3 years 9 months ago #41310

I made a site map, sent it to Bing, it was accepted without any problem.
I sent it to Google Search Console and when I try to add a map, the message "failed to download" appears.
Any ideas?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
