TOPIC: How do I export transactions or user details?

How do I export transactions or user details? 14 years 8 months ago #11010

I would like to export the user and/or transaction details (name, email, address) in a .csv or .xls format from RSMemberships. This will allow me to keep a record of transactions and use the contact information for appropriate marketing.

How can I do this?

Thanks!
Elizabeth

Hello,

Unfortunately this cannot be achieved in the current version of RSMembership!. However we have such a feature on the to do list for the component and it will be added in it's future updates.

How many years does it take to add a simple user export feature? I've been waiting for years!

I requested this feature too -as my clients need the information for reporting purposes.

I found somewhere - I think digging into this forum actually - you can export but from the tables in the phpmyadmin area only.

I don't suggest this for the faint of heart or those who have never dealt with their tables - but you can export the information into an excel or cvs document. You need to be aware that the if you added custom fields in your registration that you will need to export 2 tables and merge them manually in Excel - I didn't say it was easy or painless - but the client needed the information.
