Hi,
We have 3 payment options - PayPal, Invoice and Bank Transfer. If someone pays by PayPal their record appears in the transaction list and can be found using the search facility. However, if someone wishes to pay by invoice or bank transfer their record appears in the transaction list but is not found by the search facility until that persons transaction has been approved. This is OK for small numbers of transactions, but as the number gets larger and it is necessary to find a person's transaction to approve it, it is very difficult to find the person.

Please can you help.
