Hi, Upon submission of new ticket. No notifications are sent to either client or the admin. I have checked all settings. Settings seem to be correct. Please advise.

Hello,

Please make sure that you have the following options "Send emails to customer when staff members reply" and "Send emails to the staff member when customers reply" set to Yes for all of your departments, otherwise no notifications will be sent.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
