I just installed the latest version of RS Tickets Pro. Now my editor is not working. It shows, but you cannot type in the field. My default is JCE, but I also switched to TinyMCE and it doesn't work either. Please advise.

Hello,

Please make sure that you have the System Mootools Upgrade plugin enabled in the Plugin Manager area of your site as RSTickets! Pro requires Mootools 1.2 or any newer versions in order to function properly:

Let me know.

Still not working - I did install the plugin. Any other suggestions?

Edit - Support helped me. It was the System - jQuery Library plugin that I had to disable.

I am having a similar problem with TinyMCE editor in RSmembership:
Text cannot be entered in the Membership Description field using this editor-on OSX machines,
using both Safari and Firefox. Works on PCs under Windows 7 and Ubuntu Unix.

If, on OSX, I disable the editor for the user, the html text appears and is editible.

Is this a related issue? Does anyone have a fix?
Thanks,
David
