Hi guys,

This looks like a great component. I was just wondering if it was possible to make a custom field on visible on the backend. For example I'd like the admin to be able to record the number of phone calls spent on a case. ANy chance that this could happen?

Hello,

RSTickets!Pro already incorporates a "Internal notes" option. Basically this is a way of making notes to tickets. Note that this is controlled per department.
