Is there a way to turnoff or disable to Search box?

I have search my whole installation and i can't find any search box for RSTickets!Pro.
Do you have more information?

I have the same question - I need to hide the search box on the dashboard. How can I do this?

Hello to everyone.

To hide the search box follow the next steps.

open the "newstyle.css" located in components/com_rsticketspro/assets/css

in line 3 find
#rsticketspro_searchbox {
border-bottom: 0px solid #c8c8c8;
height: 60px;	background: none;	margin-bottom: 17px;	position: relative;
}	
At the end (before the "}") add
display: none;
