Hi i have add a code like your tutorial:

In firefox work, in explorer show me the form in another page!!!
Please Help

The modal is not part of RSForm! Pro - you're probably using the mootools modal that comes with Joomla!. If it doesn't work on Internet Explorer, there could be a conflict with another script on your page.
