Few questions.

1- Can an administrator put some tickets searchable by all users or in some kind of Most Frequent Asked Questions ?

As I see, the tickets are always private between the users and the administrators.



2- Can you have subcategory in the Knowledge base?



3- About making a multilingual knowledge base?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
