in ticket conversation we can see the name of the customer and the username of the staff member.
it's possible to show the name of the staff member and not the username?

You can change this option from Administration page, by going to Components >> RSTickets! PRO >> Configuration and on the Tickets tab change "Show Submitter Field" to Name.
