I wish to have an email address in Office 365 to work with RSTickets!Pro without having it assigned to a User in Office 365 and make the 'Cron Email Parser' function work.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Okay. I did a work around and it wasn't with Office 365 because Microsoft makes you pay for each email address.

I created a new domain with my Hosting provider and used an email address under that new domain name. That new domain name is not part of Office 365.

This was the only solution that was cost effective for me.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
