Creating New Ticket generates SMTP Error 550 4 days 14 hours ago #43897

I am having with my support ticket system. I receive the following error:

Notice
SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: This message was classified as SPAM and may not be delivered SMTP code: 550

This is something new as the Joomla site was deployed in 2019.

I am able to successfully send TEST SMTP emails from the Joomla admin site which is configured with This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . It is just this support ticketing system that is generating the error.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
