Hello,

There are a few reasons why the Join button is not showing. You can check the following to see whats wrong:
  • 1. the event has registration enabled.
  • 2. the current date is between the start and end date of the event.
  • 3. the current date is between the start registration and end registration date
  • 4. the user has the permission to subscribe(Groups setting)

None of these suggestions help. There must be another reason that is not as obvious or a bug.

I have this same issue, but it only happens to me after the first registration for the event is complete. During my testing phase of registration I would notice the JOIN button would disappear.

I first thought it was because it recognized a cookie or something from my machine. I would delete the registration information and the button would come back.

Well when I went live with the form and got my first registration from someone else it happened again. So, what is the deal? Why does the join button disappear after someone register for the event?

Thanks for your help.

I found the solution to my previous post on this topic. I noticed the max attendance was set at 1. When I changed it to a higher number than 1 it fixed my JOIN button problem.

Thank you.

Just had similar problem, hence stumbled upon the thread.
the current date you are referring has to be the "Server" current date and not the current date your "browser" or "computer clock" is displaying.
I learned it in a hard way. So I always set the start time at least 3 days of my "computer" date.
ps I am using Cloudaccess.net as hosting servers which are located outside India, and I managing the website from India.
just 2 cents....

hello
i solved the problem checking twice the dates of the events
You should set as yesterday the date of the event registration "starting" date and the "to" date more than the today date.
Just try and let me know.
