Am I missing something here? I need to be able to export subscriber details for my events prior to the end of the buying period and after subscription has closed so I can match details on PDF Ticket with what we have sold. This is to cut down on fraud and very important.

Any help?

Hello Chris,

You can export the subscribers list by going to Components >> RSEvents!Pro >> Subscriptions >> select the event from the 'Select event' drop-down field to the right >> click on 'Subscribers list'.

:blush: I'm also new to RSEvents!pro and send in a ticket with the same question.

Like they said, YOU NEED TO SELECT AN EVENT in the "Subscriptions" before the export buttons will appear.

I went to Submissions in RSEvent Pro but do not see a drop down on the right that lets me select an event. RSEvents!Pro 1.10.7 for Joomla! 3. Joomla 3.5.1.
