With events on the same day is it possible to not show date if the event is only for a few hours?

Example below:
Current: From July 28, 2013 9:30 am to July 28, 2013 11:30 am
Like to Change to: From July 28, 2013 9:30 am to 11:30 am
The administrator has disabled public write access.
