Is it possible to display a download button for subscribers so that they can download an excel file with all their events and event details?

If you try to use RSEvents for professional development or a day of training this becomes critical for the end user as they want a list of where and what they signed up for and not individual emails or tickets.

IMO the excel file should have the date, title of event, start/end times, location, and subscription.

This should be a button on the user subscription page.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Though there is no export feature available to the user for this, there is a "Subscriptions" menu item that you can use for this:
