I want to show upcoming events on a page/article), I want to limit this to 5 closest events.
I already have some php code running within that article using the {source}{/source} tags which works great.
I have tried to look through and understand the RSEvents!Pro files to figure out how to do this, but as a PHP beginner this is something that is beyond me.
Does anyone know how this can be done? I know there is already a an upcoming events page within the module where you can set the number of events in the admin, however I want to show a list within an article not on a page of its own, and I want to set it to limit the events to 5 within the code not admin as the Upcoming events page will have a different number set in the admin.

This can be achieved by publishing the Upcoming Events module in a position that's not visible on the template and then displaying it with the "{loadposition your_position}" placeholder tag.

Thank you for your help. This solution is a good one except that when I go to create a 'New' I Module Manager, upcoming events (or anything related to RSEvents) are not in the list.
If I could create Upcoming Events as a module and give it the custom position this would be an ideal temporary solution, however this solution would limit the number of events shown to the number set in the admin rather than a custom limit. But this would still be a good solution.
