TOPIC: Registration Email being sent before Payment

Hi All

We are using RSEvents Pro with RSForms Pro and a payment plugin.

When a user registers for and event, they automatically receive the email setup in RSForms Pro, which basically says that they have registered successfully for an event before they actually make a payment - this can cause confusion.

Is there a better way to handle this, or is there an option not to send the email until payment is made ?

Any feedback much appreciated.

Hello,

The email is sent automatically by RSForm! Pro when the user submits the form. To disable this option just leave "TO" and "FROM" fields blank in:

Form > Form Proprieties> User Emails

You can edit the text sent in RSEvents! Pro emails here:

RSEvents! Pro > Settings > Emails
