I am interested in your product, but have this question. I know that there can be multiple types of tickets for an event. For example

Ticket A - 25
Ticket B - 75
Ticket C - 30

Is there a way to sort it so that in the front end it shows by price? or even by ticket name etc?

Hey... I had this one.

If you go to RSEventPro / Settings

and if you say yes to Multiple Registrations, then you can create several tickets and the viewer will then get a drop down of all tickets available and can add tickets to their 'cart' so to speak.

Thank you for the reply. but my question was after tickets were created, is there a way to sort them by price or alphabetical?

The component automatically sorts the tickets alphabetically. I wanted them sorted by price, so I wound up prefixing each ticket's name with the price. example: "$100 - Basic Ticket", "$150 - VIP Ticket." It would be great if RSJoomla would add a sorting feature.

Hi Julie,

Thanks for the response, but I think this is a basic flaw in the design. Most people buy tickets based on price and not the name of the ticket. So it does not matter if the ticket is called A or B. So the default sort should be by price. Also based on your answer, if I have 3 tickets at 10, 75 and 100 the sort order would be 10, 1o00 and 75 last. So that still does not solve issue.

Is there a plan to fix this in the future.
