TOPIC: Help on creating in frontEnd (bug ?)

Help on creating in frontEnd (bug ?) 11 years 2 months ago #26394

Hello

When creating event on frontend :

first, the owner is not recognize and the error is 'Veuillez sélectionner le propriétaire de l'événement.' (in french, so in english i think it's something like 'please select the owner ...') but the name of the owner is good. In code, the owner id is not in <input type="hidden" name="jform[owner]" id="owner" value=""> in edit.php.
If i put the id in this field, i've got no error but when i click on 'refresh event', ive got an error : Contrôleur invalide : event (in english : Invalide controller : event).
So, it's impossible tout create event from frontend.

Is there somebody here with a solution, please. It's very important :-(

Hello,

In case you are using template overrides, remove these overrides you have done and test this again. If afterwards everything is working properly, then this was caused by your custom implementation(make sure that you have everything copied accordingly between frontend and administrator files).

For further assistance, submit a customer support ticket as this cannot be resolved over forum.
This is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a support ticket here.
