I tried installing the Community Builder Plugin and I get this error:

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

Is this not compatible with Joomla 3.2.2 and CB 1.9.1 yet?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Install with Community Builder plugin Manager, not Joomla Extensions.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
