Hi,

I am trying to add some custom functionality to RSTickets; when an existing ticket gets updated, a small script should run. By now, i did this by adding a few lines of code in the function updateInfo in administrator/components/com_rsticketspro/conrollers/ticket.php . Since this is not a proper solution, i would like to make a plugin that gets triggered when ticketinfo gets updated;
My question: is there an event that gets fired when a ticket gets updated? Or, is there another solution you would suggest?
