The version number in the rseventspro.xml file, is not up to date.
It says <version>1.0.0</version>
It should probelly be <version>1.5.31</version>
The administrator has disabled public write access.

That's exactly what the file says:

<version>1.5.31</version>

And I just checked that a minute ago.

It appeared it was a issue in a older release.
